Agreements as per Art. 15a of the B-VG for all national parks:
The individual agreements can be obtained via the Federal System of Legal Information (>> www.ris.bka.gv.at). 

1) Agreement as per Art. 15a B-VG between the Federal Government and the Federal Provinces of Carinthia, Salzburg and the Tyrol on the cooperation in the field of protection and promotion of the Hohe Tauern National Park, Federal Law Gazette No. 570/1994

2) Agreement as per Art. 15a B-VG between the Federal Government and the Province of Burgenland on the establishment and maintenance of a national park at Lake Neusiedl -Seewinkel, Federal Law Gazette No. : unpublished /1993 – it was replaced by an Agreement between the Federal Government and the Province of Burgenland on the maintenance and further development of the Lake Neusiedl-Seewinkel National Park (NP Neusiedler See – Seewinkel) including annexes, Federal Law Gazette No. 75/1999

3) Agreement as per Art. 15a B-VG between the Federal Government and the Provinces of Lower Austria and Vienna on the establishment and maintenance of the Danube Floodplain National Park (NP Donau-Auen) including annexes, Federal Law Gazette No. I 17/1997

4) Agreement as per Art. 15a B-VG between the Federal Government and the Province of Upper Austria on the establishment and maintenance of the Upper Austrian Limestone Alps National Park (NP OÖ Kalkalpen), including annexes, Federal Law Gazette No. I 51/1997

5) Agreement as per Art. 15a B-VG between the Federal Government and the Province of Lower Austria on the establishment and maintenance of the Thaya Valley National Park (NP Thayatal) including annexes, Federal Law Gazette No. I 58/1998

6) Agreement as per Art. 15a B-VG between the Federal Government and the Province of Styria on the establishment and management of the Gesaeuse National Park (region of the river Enns gorge) including annexes, Federal Law Gazette No. 107/2003
